ArsenalBio is seeking a Project Manager / Sr. Project Manager to support our Integrated Screening team, NextGen technology team, and other teams as assigned.
This role supports technology, automation, and/or scientific leads and a team of scientists/engineers to screen and develop novel cell therapy technologies. Key responsibilities of this role will be supporting the creation of screening charters, creating development plans, tracking and managing execution of the plans including identifying and managing risks, leading the quarterly goal-setting process, and facilitating team meetings.
As we grow our organization, this person will also be expected to lead or participate in initiatives to advance our project management toolkit.
What You Will Do:Work with Integrated Screening and NextGen team leads and cross-functional team members to define project scope and objectives, work with the Scientific and Assay leads to develop and resource screen charters and project plans, and monitor activities against agreed timelinesFacilitate quarterly goal setting/tracking as part of the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) processWork with stakeholders to identify and anticipate project risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation/maximization plansFacilitate effective, action-oriented team meetings, communicating minutes, decisions, and actions in a timely mannerCoordinate communications between various teams and subteamsLead and participate in one or more initiatives to build operational efficiency, company culture, and business toolsDemonstrate high-performing team behaviors, including transparency, collaboration, shared accountability, and integrity.
What You Will Bring:BS in a relevant science field with 4+ yrs relevant experience in pharmaceutical or technology R&D, MS/PhD with 2+ yrs experience. Technology, molecular biology, or immunology background preferred.Must have experience applying the principles, concepts, practices, and standards of pharmaceutical or technology project managementMust have interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Must be able to understand and communicate scientific and business data and have good presentation skillsMust be able to quickly learn new skills and knowledge on the job, demonstrate productivity, and deliver high-quality resultsMust be able to work under minimal and at times no supervision, determine personal work plan, and schedule tasks and activitiesPMP certification is a plusProficiency in GSuite, Smartsheet, and other productivity tools is a plus50% or more in-person in person preferred, but will consider an exceptional remote candidate
