ArsenalBio’s mission is to develop efficacious and safe cellular therapies for patients with chronic diseases, initially cancer. Our products are being designed to herald the transition of adoptive cell therapy from a hospital based treatment to outpatient therapy, like most other cancer treatments. Our people are our greatest asset, they bring scientific talents in molecular biology, immunology, pharmacology, protein chemistry, computational biology, automation, genome engineering, software and other fields to make the future happen now.
We are seeking an outstanding Assay Development Scientist to join the Technology Development team. The successful candidate is expected to work effectively in cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of advanced immunological assays that are robust and scalable.
What You Will Do
Work with the Discovery and Technology Development teams to define, build, and scale-up advanced immunological assays such as cell killing, cytokine release, cell migration, cell persistence, and transcriptional profilingDrive the design and implementation of scalable platforms for both 2D and 3D tumor modeling for use within the context of immuno-oncologySupport adoption of lab automation by the Discovery and Development teamsPerform other related duties as assigned and based on company needsWhat You Will Bring
