Scientific PM/Sr. PM - Integrated Circuit T Cell (2157-N-700-PMA)

ArsenalBio’s mission is to develop efficacious and safe cellular therapies for patients with chronic diseases, initially cancer.  Our products are being designed to herald the transition of adoptive cell therapy from a hospital based treatment to outpatient therapy, like most other cancer treatments.

ArsenalBio is seeking a Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager to manage Integrated Circuit T cell therapy subteams.

This role supports subteam leads and a team of scientists to develop and integrate components of a novel cell therapy, leading to IND filing.  Key responsibilities of this role will be supporting the subteam in creating the development plan, tracking and managing the execution of the plan including identifying and managing risks, leading the quarterly goal-setting process, coordinating and leading subteam meetings.

As we grow our organization, this person will also be expected to lead or participate in initiatives to advance our project management toolkit. 

What You Will Do:

  • Work with subteam leads and cross-functional team members to define project scope and objectives, lead the preparation of the project plan and monitor activities against agreed timelines
  • Facilitate quarterly goal setting/tracking as part of  the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) process
  • Manage the process of identifying and anticipating project risks and opportunities, and developing mitigation/maximization plans
  • Facilitate effective, action-oriented subteam meetings, communicating minutes, decisions, and actions in a timely manner
  • Coordinate communications between subteams, and to the product team, to coordinate development efforts within the program
  • Lead and participate in one or more initiatives to build operational efficiency, company culture, and business tools
  • Demonstrate high-performing team behaviors, including transparency, collaboration, shared accountability, and integrity.

  • What You Will Bring:

  • BS in a relevant science field with 4+ yrs relevant experience in pharmaceutical or technology R&D, MS/PhD with  2+ yrs experience. Molecular biology or immunology background preferred.
  • Must have experience applying the principles, concepts, practices, and standards of pharmaceutical or technology project management
  • Must have interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 
  • Must be able to understand and communicate scientific and business data and have good presentation skills
  • Must be able to quickly learn new skills and knowledge on the job, demonstrate productivity, and deliver high-quality results
  • Must be able to work under minimal and at times no supervision, determine personal work plan, and schedule tasks and activities
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in GSuite, Smartsheet, and other productivity tools is a plus
  • Remote work allowed
