Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract)

ArsenalBio’s mission is to develop efficacious and safe cellular therapies for patients with chronic diseases, initially cancer.  Our products are being designed to herald the transition of adoptive cell therapy from a hospital based treatment to outpatient therapy, like most other cancer treatments.

We are looking to hire a Talent Operations Coordinator (Contract). This role will support the Talent Acquisition team in the scheduling and tracking of candidates, monitoring background checks, assisting with social media, job fairs, and company outreach events. This individual will report to our Senior Director, Talent.
Our ideal candidate is organized, detailed, customer service oriented and can work in a fast paced environment.  We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking, proactive, and passionate about new ways to improve the overall candidate experience versus just executing the status quo. This individual should be able to build genuine relationships and trust across the organization as well as with our candidates.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate and track all onsite and virtual interviews using Lever, Goodtime and Zoom technology
  • Keep stakeholders informed of interview schedule request status and weekly interview request updates
  • Contact candidates within 24 hours of hiring manager approval to proceed with interviews
  • Work with People Ops team, hiring managers and interviewers to create a successful interview experience for all
  • Ensure feedback is captured by interviewers in a timely manner
  • Ensure all appropriate forms, such as NDAs, are completed by candidates prior to first round of interviews
  • Upload job descriptions and resumes (if needed) on ATS 
  • Maintain our ATS (Lever) and ensure all our job postings are current
  • Post (mostly job requirements) on our social media platforms
  • Keep all recruitment reports updated 
  • Complete and submit onboard forms (Nexus) for contractors and consultants
  • Generate offer letters
  • Other administrative support

  • What You Will Bring

  • At least two years of Recruiting Coordination experience
  • Ability to handle emergency schedule requests
  • Ability to connect the dots between timelines, people and preferences to make a smooth recruiting process
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer literacy skills 
  • Ability to generate reports from our ATS (Lever)
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • A customer service mentality
  • A high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to be responsive and follow through 
  • Experience in a high volume/fast paced environment
  • Experience with Lever is preferred
  • Knowledge of job postings sites, such as LinkedIn preferred
