We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join the ArsenalBio Process Development and Technical Operations team. The individual will work collaboratively with functional area leads and their program teams to plan, track and report the diverse activities managed by CMC/Technical Operations. This includes, but is not limited to, process development, analytical development, technical transfer, regulatory documentation, clinical manufacturing, project strategy and vendor management.
What You Will DoFoster strong relationships with team members and functional in-line managers, supporting project-related communications and issue identification and managementFacilitate internal CMC decision-making processes and prepare regular updates for senior management and program teamsManage technology transfer operations (planning agendas, scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and following-up with team members on critical action items)Coordinate internal program timelines and priorities with counterparts at Contract Manufacturing OrganizationsEnsure identification and timely communication of CMC-related plans, critical path activities, program process, risks, issues and mitigations to CMC and program teamMaintain program-related CMC-specific documentation, including, but not limited to, program plans, timelines, budget and inventoryProactively identify knowledge gaps and risks, and work with the teams and team leaders to develop mitigation plansAssist cross-functional activities including hand-offs to various teams and presenting at project meetingsThis position can be remote
What You Will BringB.S., with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, including at least 2 years in relevant project/program management rolesKnowledge of cell therapy product development, specifically CMC functions, including familiarity with process development, analytical development and stability programs, manufacturing, and quality and regulatory requirementsStrong interpersonal skills with experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment, and ability to work collaboratively with others across functions and levelsProficiency with Google Suite, Smartsheets or program management softwareStrong written and oral communication skillsExcellent planning and organizational skillsAbility to be successful in a fast pace, small, start-up environmentAbility to quickly adapt and learn new skills for shifting prioritiesFlexible mind with the ability to think outside the box, creative approach to problem-solvingDemonstrated ability to work well in a highly collaborative team environment, coordinate tasks across multiple projects to meet deadlinesExperience applying principles, concepts, practices, and standards of pharmaceutical project managementAdvanced knowledge and skill with Smartsheets and other reporting and tracking tools
